Abstract
En el corazón de Santiago, particularmente en el imponente Palacio Pereira, un proyecto de carácter histórico se gestó para conmemorar un momento trascendental en la historia de Chile: el proceso de elección de la Asamblea Constituyente.
In the heart of Santiago, particularly in the imposing Palacio Pereira, a historic project was conceived to commemorate a transcendental moment in Chile's history: the election process of the Constituent Assembly.
