dc.description.abstract	The main objective of this article is to review the phenomenological theory of time in philosophy and the process of symbol formation in developmental psychology in order to explore a first approach to the integration of static-dynamic polarities in the construction of psychological experience. The interpretive hypothesis of the present work corresponds to the fact that in the discrete–continuous dual integration of the phenomenological theory of time with the theory of symbols formation in developmental psychology, the foundations and fundamental pillars of Cultural Semiotic Psychology are found.	es
