| dc.description.abstract | El propósito de este artículo es explorar una comprensión tridimensional de las personas a través de la Trilogía de las 3C, cabeza, corazón y cuerpo, que se relaciona profundamente con el bienestar y la salud. El enfoque del bienestar y la salud en el que nos centramos en este artículo es ese vínculo bidireccional en el que uno depende del otro porque las consecuencias positivas o negativas de uno repercuten en el otro. Al mismo tiempo, las tres dimensiones también están interconectadas y, aunque pueden distinguirse por separado, actúan como una trama flexible y variable. Esta trilogía proporciona a los diseñadores una lógica de observación, comprensión y resultados centrada en el bienestar y la buena salud. The purpose of this article is to explore a three-dimensional comprehension of people through the Trilogy of 3C, cabeza (head), corazón (heart) and cuerpo (body), which is deeply connected with well-being and health. The well-being and health approach that we focus on in this article is that bidirectional link in which one is dependent on the other because the positive or negative consequences of one impact the other. At the same time, the three dimensions are also interconnected; although they can be distinguished separately, they act as flexible and variable plots. This trilogy provides designers with a logic of observation, understanding, and outcomes focused on well-being and good health. | |
