Abstract

Schizoaffective bipolar disorder (SAD) is a pleomorphic, severe, chronic condition which diagnostic definition lacks of solid and reliable diagnostic criteria in international diagnostic manuals [1]. Its clinical management often relies on indirect evidence derived from schizophrenia or bipolar disorder (BD)[2,3].
